Joining HELMERYS
HELMERYS is being developed as a selected international network of independent safety advisers and specialist professionals. The purpose is not to put every discipline under one person, but to bring clearly defined expertise together under one recognisable identity.
Network in development
HELMERYS ADN is the first active discipline. Interest from specialists in other disciplines can already be registered, but participation is not automatic and no future assignment volume is promised.

Independent specialists with demonstrable expertise.
Participation is intended for professionals who can clearly substantiate their competence and who want to operate within a quality-controlled network without giving up their own professional responsibility.

Recognisable network identity
Your specialist discipline can be presented within the HELMERYS structure, using clear positioning and a shared international identity where agreed.

Own professional responsibility
You only advise within your demonstrable competence and remain responsible for your own professional judgement, scope and conduct.

Cooperation and referral
Where appropriate, specialists can cooperate or refer work within the network. This supports broader coverage without pretending one adviser can cover every discipline.

1. Introductory conversation
We discuss your discipline, experience, working method, target market and what you expect from the network.

2. Expertise review
Relevant qualifications, certifications, experience and professional scope are reviewed before any participation decision.

3. Scope and working agreements
We define which discipline you represent, how work is referred or performed, how HELMERYS may be used and which quality boundaries apply.

4. Written agreement and activation
Only after the commercial, contractual and professional arrangements are clear is participation confirmed and any public profile or discipline activated.
Before you start
Important matters are agreed in writing first.
The network model is still being developed. That means HELMERYS will not publish a one-size-fits-all fee or commission model before the practical structure has been properly defined.
No specialist is asked to join without knowing the commercial and contractual conditions in advance.

Use of the HELMERYS name, profile and brand presentation
How client enquiries, referrals and assignments are handled
Commercial arrangements, invoicing and any network fee or commission
Responsibility, liability, insurance and confidentiality where applicable
Quality standards, documentation and communication expectations

What participation does not mean.
No automatic right to assignments or guaranteed turnover
No permission to advise outside your own competence
No suggestion that HELMERYS or one adviser possesses every specialist qualification
No automatic admission simply because someone holds a certificate
No loss of your own professional responsibility
