HELMERYS is selecting five independent specialists to form the first specialist group. We are seeking broad coverage across ADN, ADR, RID and IMDG, including additional ADN capacity and professionals with combined qualifications.

For the first five selected participants, the annual platform contribution is €0. A 10% platform fee applies only to assignments that are actually obtained through HELMERYS.
You remain independent, set your own price for custom work and invoice the client under your own business identity.

We are building strong professional coverage first.
The five Founding places are assigned to individuals, not necessarily one fixed seat per mode. A professional with multiple valid qualifications can cover more than one field.

The 10% platform fee applies only to assignments actually obtained through HELMERYS.
Your price for custom work
For specialist custom work you independently set your price, scope and delivery time before the client chooses.
Your business remains central
Your own name, business identity, logo, invoice and professional responsibility remain yours.
Your own clients remain yours
Work you obtain independently outside HELMERYS is not subject to the HELMERYS platform fee.

How assignments work
Not automatically the cheapest. The client chooses the suitable proposal.
HELMERYS separates fixed standard services from specialist custom work. For custom work, several qualified specialists may independently respond to the same suitable request.
Clearly defined standard services may use a fixed HELMERYS price. The independent pricing described above applies to specialist custom work.
1. HELMERYS routes the request
The client describes the situation. HELMERYS determines which discipline or combination of disciplines is relevant.
2. You submit your own proposal
For custom work you can state price, scope, result and delivery time. The standard proposal window is currently two hours.
3. Proposals remain private
You cannot see other specialists' proposals or prices. There is no live underbidding system.
4. The client chooses
The client compares factors such as price, content, qualifications and delivery time and chooses the specialist.
Remain independent
HELMERYS is the platform. You are the specialist.
HELMERYS facilitates intake, matching, proposals, assignment confirmation and the platform flow. The specialist service itself remains with your own business.
Your invoice
You invoice the specialist service directly to the client under your own business details.
Your name and logo
Your professional identity remains visible and can be used on the client invoice.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your advice, scope, professional assessment and execution.
Insurance required
Appropriate and current professional liability insurance is required to accept assignments through HELMERYS.
Selection
Free Founding participation does not mean automatic admission.
We select for quality, relevant coverage and professional deployability. HELMERYS is not an open business directory.

Clear terms
Founding 5: €0 per year + 10% on actual HELMERYS work.
The launch arrangement lowers the threshold for the first specialist group while HELMERYS continues building the network and client flow.
For the five selected Founding Specialists
- • Annual platform contribution: €0.
- • Platform fee: 10% on assignments obtained through HELMERYS.
- • 90% of the agreed specialist fee remains with the executing specialist.
- • No HELMERYS platform fee on independently acquired work outside the platform.
After the Founding round is filled
- • New participants pay the regular €500 annual contribution.
- • The applicable platform fee also continues to apply to assignments obtained through HELMERYS.
HELMERYS does not guarantee assignment volume or turnover. Controlled selection and growth are intended to keep demand and specialist capacity in a healthy balance.

2. HELMERYS verifies
We check the relevant qualifications, professional details and insurance cover.
3. Selection and activation
If there is a suitable Founding place, your profile can be activated. An application is not automatic admission.
